I hoped you liked…

Aaron. It was long, but how do you tell a story that spans years without it being long. A true labor of love, and it came to me in a dream. Just how it works sometimes. Once I had a dream for a halloween show, a complete show from beginning to end. I would like a chance to produce it, get some college kids to do the acting, find the right venue, and astonishingly enough, direct. I’ve never directed before, and yes, it is daunting. I have no allusions as to how hard it’ll be. I do know that it’ll be the greatest halloween show you’ve ever seen. Not to brag (wink wink).

I think I have to apologize for Aaron 7 for some of the language. The characters were being true to form, so to constrain them didn’t seem right. To say that my characters were doing all the talking and I was just writing down what transcribed would be accurate. Characters are like that; you give them a voice and they say what they want with no help from you. Perhaps that’s the funny thing about writing; you can write a story, but it’s the characters who lead you through it.

Anyway, next week I’m starting a new series. This one will be much longer than the others, but in my humble opinion it’s worth the read. It’s part of several books, another series. I’ll give you the first. I’m going to have to think about posting the rest. I’m tempted to give spoilers but I’m resisting. But it’s so hard…

Also, don’t be afraid to drop a like if you enjoy what I’m doing. I also accept comments. In fact I love comments. This is how I become better, by hearing how you feel. So say nice things, or say mean things. Actually I would prefer bad things, like if my story is stagnating or rambling or my flow is off or anything. The cool thing about your comments is it’s on-line so you don’t have to be shy. Just say what you feel, and I will hear you.

Thanx for reading!
