I’m moving ahead with my novel, so life is good. It’s coming about, but I know I have a lot of editing to do. So I’m writing it quickly so that it’ll be ready for the next phase. Maybe this is the wrong way to write a novel, but I find that ideas come faster than my ability to write it down. It’s cool though. I find that going over my stories over and over, and over, again is a good thing. I heard that many famous writers go over their stories multiple times, so I’m in good company.
One of my problems with the novel is I’m trying to avoid any religious connotations. Given the setting it’s kind of hard to do, but I don’t want to offend or enrage anyone. I also don’t want to assume too much. I want to see it the way I see it, but I also have to think of the reader. Maybe it’ll pass, but in this day and age who knows.
Anyway, wish me luck. I’m going to keep plugging away at ti. Hey, maybe it’ll become a classic and I’ll become rich and famous! Well, I can do without the fame, just make me rich. Well, if I can make a buck I’ll be happy. Just one. Please?
